xkibitz

Usage: xkibitz name|# message 
LIMITED TO REGISTERED USERS

  Sends your kibitz message to all observers AND PLAYERS of the game you
designate, with these exceptions: (a) users with their kibitz variables set to
0 (off), and (b) users who have set a kiblevel.  The xkibitz command overrides
any 'primary' designation you may have (see "help primary").  You must be
observing or playing a game in order to use this command.

  Examples:

    xkibitz fpawn Don't give up yet!
    xkibitz 23 Not that opening again!
