v_tell

Usage: set tell [[true | on | 1] | [false | off | 0] ]

Allows or restricts direct tells from unregistered users.

PARAMETERS
----------

true:  If set to positive (true, on, or 1), you will hear tells from unregs.
false: If set to negative (false, off, or 0), you will not hear tells from
       unregs.

EXTRA INFO
----------

This variable will not affect says by a guest whom you are playing. For that
you need to use censor.

To hide guest tells in channels set ctell to 0 or simply remove yourself from
channels 4 and 53 with the "channel" command.

To limit kibitzes, set your kiblevel variable.

EXAMPLES
--------

set tell 1
     Allow guest tells

             You will now hear direct tells from all users.

set tell 0
     Restrict guest tells

         You will not hear direct tells from unregistered users.
