robserve

Usage: robserve <handle> <game number|handle>

RESTRICTED FOR USE BY TD PROGRAMS

"robserve" puts a game on the observation list of the specified
handle. You can give either the game number or the user whose game you
want to be observed. 

Examples: "robserve MAd 112" will make user MAd observe game 112.
          "robserve pgv GMKramnik" will make user pgv observe GMKramnik.
