limits

Usage: limits

  "Limits" displays the various server limits currently in effect at the time
the server was most recently rebooted.  The display lists these limits by
various categories.

  SERVER variables: maximum channels, and maximum number of logons

  LIST variables: maximum sizes of lists for censor, channels, gnotify,
noplay, and notify.

  GAME variables: maximum numbers of adjourned games, journal entries,
observed games, seeks pending, simul participants and minimum RD in order to
have an active rating.

  MISCELLANEOUS variables: maximum number of aliases and messages.

  SHOUT quota (which can be adjusted online by admins): two shouts per X
seconds.
